Our organic certification is your guarantee that this honey is free of any added chemicals. The honey is harvested away from industrial areas, sanitary landfills or garbage dumps. We do not heat our honey over 45°C ensuring the optimum levels of enzymes and nutritional value of the honey are retained. Natural honey may crystallise; place jar in pan of hot water to liquefy.
